At the historical intersection of two centuries, Energy Economics Institute of CNOOC was born aiming to accommodate better with changing in the external macro environment and needs of internal development, grasp the new development stage precisely, implement the new development philosophy, construct a new development pattern, take the “CNOOC-1534” overall development policy as the guideline, guarantee the company's “seven-year action plan” to promote reserves and production preferably, improve the synergistic development of the whole industrial chain of upstream, midstream and downstream, and further, provide strong support for scientific and rational decision-making on investment projects.
