BAO Chunli，chief research fellow of the CNOOC Energy Economics Research Institute, an expert member of the Economic Professional Committee of the China Petrochemical Federation, an expert member of the Economic Professional Committee of the China Petroleum Institute, and a member of the three-evaluation expert paper group of the China Petroleum Enterprise Association. She received her Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Bao won the third prize of the National Energy Administration's soft science research project and the first prize of the national enterprise management modernization innovation achievement. And she has engaged in energy economic policy research, corporate management research, state-owned enterprise reform, and social responsibility management for long time.

Prior to joining in CNOOC Energy Economic Research Institute, Bao successively served as the manager of the Policy Research Office, and the director of the Policy Research Office of the Enterprise Management Department of China National Offshore Oil Group Co., Ltd.
