BAI Xiaohui, Vice President of the CNOOC Energy Economics Research Institute. Bai graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, and obtained her master degree of Technology Economics and Management in 2002. At present, Bai is also the deputy secretary-general of the Economic Professional Committee of the China Petroleum Institute. Recently, Bai is responsible for procurement, archival foreign affairs, legal contracts, public relations, and is responsible for the research business of energy economy and policy, double carbon, etc. Bai also needs to assist in charge of the comprehensive management department. Her responsibilities include the Centre for Energy Economics and Policy and the Institute of Carbon Neutrality.

Prior to joining in CNOOC Energy Economic Research Institute, Bai successively worked in the department of Development and Planning of CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd., the planning department of CNOOC, the China National Offshore Oil Refinery Industry Co., Ltd. and the Enterprise Management Department of CNOOC. Bai joined CNOOC Energy Economics Institute in April 2024 as a member of the Party Committee and vice president.
